How far in advance should I book a limousine?

Our chauffeurs will be waiting at the designated pickup location with a name sign, and we include complimentary wait time. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup are non-refundable. For corporate accounts, we also offer invoicing options with net-30 payment terms. Gratuity is not included but is always appreciated for exceptional service.
